The Evans VP-1 Volksplane is an is an all-wood, strut-braced open-cockpit single-seatlow-wing aircraft designed for amateur construction.  It is simple to build and safe and easy to fly.  Designed by American aeronautical engineer William Evans of La Jolla, California.
